Financial Analyst


Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing actionable insights to support business strategy and decision-making. This role includes preparing financial reports, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, planning and strategic decisions to improve profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Prepare, analyze, and ensure accuracy of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow), for ACDIMA subsidiaries in compliance with international financial and accounting standards.
· Collect, organize, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
· Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
· Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations, providing clear insights and recommendations to management.
· Conduct comprehensive bankable feasibility studies for new investments or expansion projects, mergers, and acquisitions.
· Market analysis, demand assessment, competitive landscape, and regulatory review.
· Financial projections (revenues, costs, cash flow, IRR, NPV, payback).
· Valuation models (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) and regular model updates for actual vs. forecast monitoring
· Evaluate/present investment opportunities and market trends, assessing their financial viability, risks, and potential returns to provide imperative recommendations for new projects and investments to support BoD informed decision-making.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and strategic projects.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
· Adequate experience, minimum of 3 years, with hands-on practice for above required tasks.
· Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
· Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
