Job Title: IT Officer

Location: [Amman, Jordan]

A leading organization in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, seeking a qualified and motivated IT Officer to support and manage the company’s information technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

· Support business systems and user access management.

· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum [2] years of experience in IT support or administration.

· Strong knowledge of networks and operating systems.

· Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
